Bernard Wright

Bernard was born and educated in Auckland. He has worked in a variety of fields including the legal, banking, finance, property development and property management sectors. As a result of this varied experience, Bernard’s knowledge of the workings of the residential unit title property sector in Auckland is extensive. For the last twenty years Bernard has operated his own consultancy firm that has provided management services and advice to a range of clients in the wider residential unit title development, management and serviced accommodation sectors. Along with his wife, Sharon they also own or part own a number of both rental management and property management enterprises. In his spare time Bernard enjoys cooking, music, fitness activities and watching sports particularly football.
